Moh Clothing Store - Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
- We accept returns for items purchased from Moh Clothing Store within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at mohclothingstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to assist.
- You must return the original item first, and once we receive it, we will ship the exchanged item as per availability.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Return Process:
- Contact customer service for approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
- Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (if eligible), or send out an exchange product.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns or exchanges unless the item was defective or wrongfully sent.
